盗汗小儿体质类型调查分析

Investigation and analysis of children physical type with night sweats

目的：探讨盗汗小儿中医体质类型及分布规律。方法：根据张君教授提出的均衡质、阴虚质、阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质5种体质分型标准设计调查表,对盗汗小儿进行问卷调查。结果：共调查103例,发现盗汗小儿体质类型阴虚质和阳虚质占比最高,是盗汗小儿体质类型的最主要两类,而阳虚质多于阴虚质。而本病多发于1-6岁,尤以阳虚质在6岁以下最多见。结论：盗汗非独阴虚,亦多阳虚也,由此为盗汗的治疗开拓思路,为体质调养提供基础。

Objective： Study on TCM Constitution types and distribution of night sweats in children. Method： According to Professor ZHANG Jun＇ s classification standards,children ＇ s constitution are divided into equilibrium matter,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,phlegm-dampness five types,designing questionnaire of night sweats in children.Result： A total of 103 cases were investigated,founding that constitution of night sweat in child,types of yang deficiency more than the yin deficiency. The two is accounted for the highest,major types of night sweats children＇s constitution. The disease is more prevalent in 1-6 years old,especially with Yang deficiency at the age of 6 are most common. Conclusion：The number of yang deficiency constitution of night sweats in children is more than the yin deficiency.
