疏肝降脂汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者肠黏膜屏障的保护作用

Protection of Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction on Intestinal Mucosal Barrier of Patients with Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis( NASH)

目的:探讨疏肝降脂汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者血清内毒素、降钙素原(PCT)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平的影响。方法:选取NASH患者74例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊每次2片,每日3次;观察组患者给予疏肝降脂汤治疗,每次150 ml,每日2次口服,2组均连用12周。观察并比较2组患者治疗前和治疗3个月后肝功能、血清内毒素、PCT和TNF-α水平的变化。结果:治疗12周后,2组患者ALT和γ-GT水平均有不同程度下降,且观察组下降值明显大于对照组;2组患者血清内毒素、PCT和TNF-α水平均有不同程度的下降,且观察组下降值明显大于对照组。结论:疏肝降脂汤治疗NASH能降低血清内毒素、PCT和TNF-α水平,抑制肠源性内毒素血症的产生,保护和改善肠黏膜屏障功能,改善肝功能指标。

Objective： To discuss the influence and curative effect observation of Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction on serum endotoxin,procalcitonin（ PCT） and tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） levels of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（ NASH）. Methods： 74 cases of patients with NASH were selected and divided into control group and observation group at random. The patients in control group were given 2 Polyen tablets per time,3 times a day,while the patients in observation group were given 150 ml Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction per time,twice a day orad for 12 weeks. The changes of liver function,serum endotoxin,PCT and TNF-α levels of patients in two groups before and 3 months after the medical treatment were observed and compared. Results： After 12 weeks＇ medical treatment,ALT and γ-GT levels of patients in two groups declined with different degrees,and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group. The serum endotoxin,PCT and TNF-α levels of patients in two groups declined with different degrees,and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group. Conclusion： Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction can reduce the serum endotoxin,PCT and TNF-α levels of patients with NASH,which can inhibit the occurrence of intestinal endotoxemia（ IETM）,protect and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function and improve the liver function indexes.
