基于中医传承辅助平台系统的血管性痴呆组方用药规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions and Drug laws for Vascular Dementia by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Support Platform System

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件,分析中国期刊全文数据库(cnki)中以中医药治疗血管性痴呆的组方用药规律。方法:筛选cnki上中医药治疗血管性痴呆的文献并建立方剂数据库,方剂逐一录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出治疗血管性痴呆的方剂216首,涉及中药228味;确定处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对及组合,并演化得到新处方10首。结论:中国期刊全文数据库中收录治疗血管性痴呆的方剂以活血化瘀、燥湿化痰、补肾益智、醒神开窍、补血益气为主,为中医药临床靶向治疗血管性痴呆提供了依据。

Objective： Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform system,analyzing the prescription regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia in CNKI. Method： Screening of CNKI on the treatment of vascular dementia with TCM literature and the establishment of prescription database,Formula one by one into TCM inheritance support platform,Using the method of Software integration to Data mining. Analysis of the prescription composition rules are selected. Result： Screening of prescription in treating vascular dementia 216,involving the 228 flavors of Chinese medicine. Conclusion： Chinese periodical full text database of prescription in the treatment of vascular dementia by activating blood and resolving blood stasis,eliminatrng the phlegm dampness,tonifying the kidney linducing resuscitation,strengthening the blood and Qi,This medicine has provided the basis for the clinical treatment on vascular dementia target.
