腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术联合新辅助治疗中低位直肠癌的临床效果 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术联合新辅助治疗中低位直肠癌的临床效果.方法:对60例中低位直肠癌患者进行分组研究,给予对照组腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合新辅助治疗,然后对效果进行比较.结果:实验组新辅助治疗后TNM分期有显著改善,CEA、CA19-9、CA242和CA724等肿瘤标志物的水平都显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);实验组的无癌细胞切除率和保肛率都显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术联合新辅助治疗中低位直肠癌效果显著,值得临床上推广应用.
