蓝箱照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床治疗观察

Clinical observation of blue box irradiation in treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的:探讨在新生儿黄疸治疗中运用蓝箱照射的临床价值.方法:将2014-03/2015-06到我院儿科治疗的38例黄疸新生儿纳入研究,通过随机对照法将患儿分成两组,对照组18例根据常规儿科标准用药,观察组20例实施蓝箱照射治疗,研究两组对象的临床施治情况.结果:观察组实施治疗后的临床总有效率达95.0%,相比对照组(66.7%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).施治前,两组的血清胆红素水平基本接近,差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05);施治后两组的血清胆红素水平均出现变化,且观察组的平均水平下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对黄疸新生儿实施蓝箱照射治疗,疗效更加理想,且可有效调节血清胆红素水平,适合临床加强推广.

AIM： To investigate the clinical value of blue box ir- radiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. METHODS： A total of 38 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to January2015 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into two groups randomly. Patients （ 18 cases） in the control group received treatment on the basis of routine pediatric standard, while patients （20 cases） in the observation group were given the blue box irradiation treatment. The clinical treatments of two groups were studied. RESULTS： The total clinical effective rate of observation group after treatment was 95.0%, which were significantly higher than that of the control group （66.7%）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment, the serum bilirubin levels of two groups were almost the same with no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; serum bilirubin levels of the two groups were changed, and the average level of observation group decreased more significantly, and there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： The blue box radiation therapy has ideal effect on neonatal jaundice. It can effectively regulate the serum bilirubin level and is suitable for clinical promotion.
