外侧小切口和常规切口全髋置换术的临床对比

Clinical comparison of lateral mini incision and conventional incision for total hip replacement

目的:探究和分析外侧小切口和常规切口全髋置换术的临床效果.方法:选择我院2012-02/2015-02收治的实施外侧小切口全髋置换术患者40例为实验组,同期取常规切口全髋置换术患者40例为对照组,观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:在切口长度比较上,实验组比对照组小,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在手术时间以及下地负重时间比较上,实验组比对照组短,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在手术期出血量比较上,实验组比对照组少,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用外侧小切口实施全髋置换术治疗,创伤性较低,且术后恢复快,值得普及.

AIM： To observe and analyze the clinical effects of lateral mini incision and conventional incision for total hip replacement. METHODS： 40 cases as experimental group who received the implementation of small lateral incision total hip arthro-plasty were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015, at the same time 40 cases received the conventional incision total hip arthroplasty were selected as control group. Observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. RESULTS： On the incision length comparison, the experimental group is shorter than the control group, it was statistically signifi-cant difference; On the operation time and down load time, the experimental group was shorter than control group, it was statisti-cally significant difference; In the preoperative blood loss, the experimental group is less than the control group with statistical sig-nificance. CONCLUSION： Adopting small lateral incision total hip replacement therapy was low traumatic, and postoperative re-covery was fast, worthy of popularization.
