支持性心理治疗在留守老人心理健康中的应用

Application of supportive psychotherapy in mental health of the left-behind elderly

目的:探讨支持性心理治疗在社区留守老人心理健康中的应用效果.方法:选择以温州市分层随机抽取的351例留守老人作为研究对象.随机设对照组(180例)和实验组(171例).对照组仍保持日常生活,实验组在日常生活基础上,接受支持性心理治疗干预.干预时长10周,两组在干预前后分别用老年抑郁量表、总体幸福感量表进行评定.结果:实验组在干预前后,抑郁等级人次分布及总得分上具有显著性差异(P<0.01).实验组在干预前后,总体幸福感量表分值差异具有显著性(P<0.01).在干预后两组在抑郁、总体幸福感总得分具有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:支持性心理治疗能明显改善社区留守老人抑郁心理状态及提高幸福感,能有效促进社区留守老人心身健康.

AIM： To discuss application of supportive psycho- therapy in mental health of the left-behind elderly. METHODS ： Randomly choose 351 left-behind elderly in Wenzhou as the re- search object, and divide into control group （180 cases） and ex- perimental group （171 cases）. The control group live as usual, and the experimental group take psychotherapy in addition. The intervention lasts 10 weeks. We adopt Geriatric Depression Scale and General WeU-Being Schedule （GWB） to evaluate the two groups before and after intervention. RESULTS： The distribution and the total score of depression rating have significant difference before and after the intervention in experimental group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The overall well-being scale scores were significant differences before and after the intervention in experimental group （P 〈0.01 ）. Compared with control group, the total score of depression, general well-being in experimental group were significant differences （P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： Supportive psy-chotherapy improved the mental health and general well-being of the left-behind elderly apparently, and can promote the psychosomatic health of the community left-behind elderly.
