制造公司服务创新与服务代理关系研究

摘要 制造企业核心竞争力的不断提升,不仅要依靠产品技术创新,更要有持续的服务创新,如何获得服务创新的知识和信息是制造企业面临的重要难题。本文研究了在制造企业服务创新中发挥重要作用的服务中介。服务中介不仅是重要的创新知识源,同时还是制造企业进入各种异质性社会网络的桥梁。通过与服务中介建立关系,能够使企业获得各种异质性信息,促进产品——服务的创新重组,同时能降低制造企业创新搜索中的知识整合成本,提高知识获取的可靠性。 The constant improvement of the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises not only should rely on technological innovation of product, but also should have continuous service innovation. How to obtain knowledge and information about the service innovation is an important problem faced by manufacturing enterprises. This paper studies the service agency who plays an important role in the services innovation of manufacturing enterprise. Service agency is not only the important source of knowledge innovation, but also is the bridge of manufacturing enterprises to enter the various heterogeneous social network. By establishing relationships with service agency, it enables the enterprises to obtain a variety of heterogeneous information, promotes the product-service innovation restructuring, while reduce the knowledge integration costs in innovative search of manufacturing enterprises and improve the reliability of knowledge acquisition.
