景观示范区的构建是"体验式营销"的主旨表达:让生活先于销售。从营销的角度看,是要以一定的物境为基础,而这种物境的承载,就是景观示范区了。本文介绍了别墅楼盘景观示范区的初步设计原则和构建基本方法,以表现人文自然和谐统一的关系,把艺术与生活完美的相融在一起,营造一个优质的体验社区。
The construction of the landscape demonstration area is the keynote expression of "experiential marketing": life first then sales. From a marketing point of view, it is to be based on a certain physical environment, and the bearer of physical environment is landscape demonstration area. This article describes the preliminary design principles of landscape demonstration area of villa estate and the basic construction approach to show the harmony between human and nature, to integrate the art and life together and create a high-quality experiential community.
