基于支持向量机的公路大中修养护费用预测

摘要 本文采用小样本最佳通用学习方法,即最小二乘支持向量机进行费用预测。分析了算法的基本原理,构建了普通公路大中修养护费用的特征指标体系与费用预测模型,借助MATLAB编制了求解程序,得到了大中修养护费用预测值,并与一般预测方法得到的结果相比较,说明了算法的优越性。利用该算法能够有效提高预测的精度,因此能够为实际制定养护费用计划提供参考。 This paper uses the least squares support vector machine to predict the costs, analyzes the basic principle of the algorithm, constructs the characteristic index system and cost prediction model of the large and medium-sized repair and maintenance cast of normal road, prepares a solver by MATLAB, gets the predicted values of large and medium-sized repair and maintenance costs, and compares with the results got by the general prediction method to illustrate the superiority of the algorithm. Using this algorithm can improve the prediction accuracy, so it can provide reference for the actual development of maintenance cost plan.
