摘要
建立一种准确快速测定食品中苏丹红Ⅰ-Ⅳ的高效液相色谱分析方法。通过改变提取溶剂,简化样品处理,改变标准物质的溶剂,用二极管阵列检测器进行测定。结果 4种苏丹红标准曲线的回归系数均在0.999以上,加标回收率在85.5%-99.2%之间,最低检测限均为10ug/kg。结果表明用本方法测定食品中的苏丹红Ⅰ-Ⅳ的含量,具有快速、灵敏、稳定性好的特点。
A high performance liquid chromatography analysis method is established to accurately and rapidly determinate Sudan Red I -IV in food. Diode array detector is used to determine by changing the solvent extraction, simplifying the sample processing and changing the solvent standard substance. The standard curve regression coefficients of the 4 kinds of Sudan Red are above 0.999, the standard addition recovery rates are between 85.5% and 99.2%, the lowest detection limit is 10ug/Kg. The results show that using this method to determinate Sudan Red I -IV in food has the characteristics of rapid, sensitive and good stabilitv.
