现代化高校人才培养与社会需求对接性关联度的研究

The Research on the Correlation Degree Between the Cultivation of Talents in Colleges and Universities and the Social Demand

文章基于社会经济的迅速发展及人才需求的变化情况,首先分析了现代化高校的发展状况及其人才培养模式,其中着重描述了其人才培养的短板,其次分析了社会人才需求的层次及标准,再者分析了高校人才培养与社会需求之间的失衡,最后提出了优化高效人才培养与社会需求失衡的路径。

Based on the rapid development of social economy and the change of talent demand situation, this paper firstly analyzes the development of modem colleges and universities and its talent training mode, which focuses on the short board; secondly it analyses the level and the standard of social demand for talent; furthermore it analyzes the imbalances between the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the social demand; finally it puts forward some paths to optimize the imbalance between the talent training and social needs.
