高职院校实施创业教育的制约因素及对策

摘要 目前我国高职院校创业教育虽取得一定成绩,但与发达国家还有较大的差距,还不够理想。文章分析了高职院校实施创业教育的制约因素,提出建立弹性学制个性化培养教学管理制度;对接社会需求,将创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程;建设高素质的创业教育教师队伍;创造宽松便利的创业环境和条件;推进创业教育实践环节;以校园文化建设为载体加强创业教育等推动高职学生创业。 At present, entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in China gets certain achievements, but compared with developed countries, there is a large gap, and it is not ideal enough. This paper analyzes the constraints to the implementation of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, puts forward that establishing personal and flexible educational system of cultivation teaching management, aimed at the social demands, making entrepreneurship education through personnel training process, building high-caliber teachers teams of entrepreneurship education, creating easy and convenient environment and conditions for entrepreneurship, promoting entrepreneurship education practice and taking campus culture construction as the carrier to strengthen entrepreneurship education to promote thw entrepreneurship of higher vocational students.
