摘要
为提高经编起绒织物的设计效率及准确性,增强其计算机辅助设计时的仿真效果,在对经编起绒织物不同组织结构的起绒方式及外观特点进行深入研究和归纳总结的基础上,建立了经编起绒织物设计的数学模型,包括穿经数学模型、垫纱数码数学模型、绒梳意匠图数学模型及经编起绒织物意匠图数学模型,对经编起绒织物的计算机仿真模型进行数学描述和相应赋值。并利用VC++.NET程序语言作为软件开发工具得到经编起绒织物的仿真图,实现经编起绒织物的计算机仿真。
To improve the design efficiency and the accuracy of fleece fabric, and to enhance the CAD simulation effect, this paper summarizes methods and facade features of fleece fabrics with different structures. And based on this, the design mathematical models of fleece fabric are established, and these models include drawing-in mathematical model, mat yarn digital mathematical model, fleece combing artistic conception drawing mathematical model and fleece fabric＇s artistic conception drawing mathematical model. After that, a series of mathematical description and corresponding assignment of knitted fleece fabrics＇ mathematical model are processed. VC ＋ ＋. NET programming language is used as a software development tool to obtain the simulation diagram of warp knitted fleece fabric, and it has successfully realized the simulation of warp knitted fleece fabric.
