Experience Introduction of Professor XU Limian Who has Applied Tonifying the Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Method to Improve Endometrial Receptivity

目的:探讨许丽绵教授改善子宫内膜容受性的学术观点和临床经验。方法:从病因病机、治则治法方面论述许丽绵教授提高子宫内膜容受性的学术观点和临床经验,对其遣方用药及中医调理方面的特色予以总结,并举案例佐证。结果:许丽绵教授认为肾虚血瘀为本病的病机,补肾活血法是行之有效的改善内膜容受性的治疗方法。结论:补肾活血法能有效改善子宫内膜容受性。

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of Professor XU Limian in improving the endometrial receptivity.Methods：From the etiology and pathogenesis to expound the academic viewpoints and clinical experience of Professor XU Limian in improving the endometrial receptivity,the prescription and Chinese medicine conditioning characteristics were summarized,and exemplify that.Results：Professor XU Limian believed that the pathogenesis was kidney deficiency and stasis.invigorating the kidney and activating the blood therapy was effective to improve the endometrial receptivity.Conclusion：The method of tonifying kidney and activating blood can effectively improve the endometrial receptivity.
