Objective:The study tries to investigate the metabolic level differences between medicine-separated umbilical moxibustion and starch-separated umbilical moxibustion.Trying to find out potential biological markers and derive related metabolic pathway of umbilical moxibustion on irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency. In order to determine the efficacy of umbilical moxibustion.Methods:24irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency patients were randomly divided into two groups.Dealing with this group of patients urine and plasma samples before and after treatment.According to the Simca-P 11.5software package processing data, looked for the contribution of the metabolite fractions and search of related metabolic pathway by HMDB,KEGG.Results:Medicine-separated umbilical moxibustion and starch-separated umbilical moxibustion had undergone significant changes.Changes in more significant were amino acids, catecholamines and bile acids, these metabolites involved in amino acid metabolism and neurotransmitter metabolism.Medicine-separated umbilical moxibustion also involves endogenous cannabinoids metabolism.Starchseparated umbilical moxibustion also involved arachidonic acid metabolism. Conclusion:The umbilical moxibustion can significantly inhibit the irritable bowel patients with visceral hypersensitivity, improve intestinal nervous immune, endocrine disorder state, alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the diarrhea type irritable bowel patients' life quality.
