退耕还林工程对农户收入影响实证分析——以陕西安康为例

Emprical Analysis of the Influence of Conversion of Cropland to Forestland Project——Taking Ankang of Shaanxi as an Example

退耕还林工程能否取得持续性效果,关键取决于农户收入在退耕还林之后的收入是否提高。关于这个问题目前学术界并没有得出一致的结论。文章利用陕西安康1006份农户生计调查问卷,采用多元线性回归方法,实证分析结果表明:是否参与退耕对农户收入的影响并不显著,而人力资本和自然资本对农户收入的影响比较显著。

Whether the Project of Conversion of Cropland to Forestland can achieve lasting effects depends on the increase of farmers＇ income. So far there exists no consensus about the effect, both theoretically and empirically. Using a large survey data of 1006 farmers, we find that the effect of participating in the project on farmer＇s income is not statistically and economically significant, while the effect of human capital and natural-resource capital is significant.
