短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX对番茄促长作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 在盆栽条件下,研究喷施短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX对番茄植株生长的影响。结果表明,短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX的菌体、发酵上清液及发酵液喷施的番茄幼苗叶片数明显增加,茎长和茎粗也显著高于对照组(空白培养基和无菌水处理)。其中,经菌体处理的番茄幼苗茎最长,为24.18cm,叶片数最多,经发酵液处理的番茄幼苗茎最粗,为4.78mm。短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX还可以促进叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量的增加,其中,发酵上清液处理的番茄幼苗叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量最高,比培养基对照分别提高了113.3%、136.0%和102.7%,表明短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX对番茄植株具有明显的促长作用。 A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-0809-GLX on the growth of tomato plants.The results showed that the leaf count was significantly increased when the plants were sprayed with the bacteria,the fermentation supernatant or the fermented liquid.Both the length and diameter of the stems were also significantly greater than those of control.The stems of the tomato plants treated with the bacteria were the longest and the numbers of leaves greatest among all treatments.B .brevis FJAT-0809-GLX significantly enhanced the chlorophyll and carotenoids contents,reaching the highest when the plants were sprayed with the fermentation supernatant.As compared to control,the chlorophyll a,b and carotenoids contents increased by 111.3%,136.0% and 102.7%,respectively.B .brevis FJAT-0809-GLX appeared to induce significant effect on promoting the growth of the tomato plants in the laboratory.The result prompted an inquiry for further test in the field.
