摘要
通过对广西各个站点的降水数据、地理信息以及各个市县的基础数据进行研究,综合运用模糊数学理论、非线性数据处理技术和Arc GIS的空间Kriging插值方法,构造基于组合权重的危险性指数、暴露性指数、脆弱性指数、抗灾能力指数和洪涝灾害综合指数,研制栅格数据风险区划图以及风险等级划分标准,分析广西区域洪涝灾害分布状况;结果表明,桂北与桂东南及其沿海地区洪涝发生的频率可能性较大,广西洪涝灾害的综合风险集中在桂南及其沿海地区,与实际的洪涝灾害拟合较好。
According to study on the precipitation data of each site,the geographic information and the basic data of various cities and counties in Guangxi,the hazard index,exposure index,vulnerability index,disaster re-lief capability indices and flood composite index are constructed based on combination weight by using a combina-tion of the fuzzy mathematics theory,nonlinear data processing technology and ArcGIS space Kriging interpolation method.At the same time,the raster data risk zoning map and risk grade standard of division are developed to ana-lyze the distribution of Guangxi’s flood disasters.Results show the flood in northern Guangxi,southeastern Guangxi and its coastal areas,happen with much greater frequency,and the integrated flood disaster risk of Guangxi con-centration in southeastern Guangxi and its coastal areas.The results are coincided with the actual flood.
