气象装备静态保障能力评估方法的研究

随着自动化气象观测设备种类和数量的增加,气象装备保障业务越来越重要,为了提高保障能力和评价考核保障业务,需要开展保障水平的评估。文章介绍了动、静态两种不同的保障水平评估方法和各自在业务中的用途,提出了使用逐级评估的方法计算气象探测装备的静态保障能力,并通过分析建立了评估指标体系。

With the increase of types and quantities for automatic meteorological observation equipment,meteorological equipment support business is becoming more and more important. In order to improve the support ability and assessment business, the evaluation for the support level needs to be carried out. The dynamic and static evaluation method of support level and their applications in business are both introduced in this paper. The method that uses sequential evaluation calculation for static meteorological equipment support ability is put forward. And the evaluation index system is also established by analyzing.
