摘要
美国PME(Precision Measurement Engineering,Inc.)公司的MSCTI(MicroScale Conductivity-Temperature Instrument)快速温度、电导率测量仪是测量微小尺度温度、电导率变化的仪器。其温度传感器的响应时间为7ms,目前国内外很多用户都是采用该仪器测量温盐跃层界面变化情况及湍流等现象。由于该仪器刚进入国内,对该仪器的定标及合理使用等,目前在国内缺乏相关的技术文献。针对该测量仪的两种定标方法进行比较分析,实验结果表明经过4次拟合定标方法得出的温度测量值与温度标准值的测量误差较小,而采用PME公司推荐的两点拟合方法得出的电导率值测量误差较小。文章对该测量仪做了较为细致的分析,为科学使用该测量仪进行了摸索,为以后用到该测量仪的海洋科学工作者提供一定的技术参考。
The MSCTI (MicroScale Conductivity-Temperature Instrument) fast temperature conductivity instrument manufactured by U. S. PME (Precision Measurement Engineering, Inc. ) can measure micro-scale change of temperature ^- conductivity. The response time of temperature sensor is only 7ms. At home and abroad, many users are using the instrument to measure temperature and salinity changes and the turbulence phenomena at the interface. Since the instrument has just entered China,it lacks for relevant technical literature about the calibration and rational use of the instrument at current. This paper comparative analyzes the two calibration methods. Experimental results show that measurement error of the four fitting calibration method of temperature is smaller,while the use of conductivity fitting method recommended by PME derived the smaller measurement error. A more detailed analysis on this instrument was made, which provides a certain technical references for the marine scientists using this instrument in the future.
