海上倾斜PHC管桩内钻孔嵌岩工程实践 被引量:1

Engineering Practice of Drilling and Rock-socketed Technology in Inclined PHC Pipe Pile in the Sea

摘要 该文结合海油工程珠海深水海洋工程装备制造基地PHC管桩嵌岩施工实践,针对平台承载状况、桩靴入岩性状,采用回转全断面嵌岩工艺,对于管靴变形及管内孤石问题,制定多种非常规措施,取得了良好效果,其施工工艺和施工方法具有一定的借鉴意义。 In this paper,combined with the PHC pipe pile rock-socketed construction practice in the sea-oil project in Zhuhai deep-water marine engineering equipment manufacturing base,aiming at the condition of platform bearing and the characters of pile shoe into the rock,using the rotary full section rock-socketed technology,a variety of unconventional measures are formulated to slove the problem of pipe shoe deformation and the boulder in the pipe. These get good effect. The construction technology and construction method have a certain reference significance.
