摘要
针对药物运输与提供方式的确定问题,以治疗埃博拉疾病药物的运输为例,确定药品产销地和飞机运输成本函数,通过层次聚类分析和模拟退火算法求出药物运输最短路径.建立SIR改进模型,分析传染病的扩散特征,以患病人数占比为实验指标,通过仿真试验确定不同情况下药物发放模式的选择.
In order to determine the drug transport and providing pattern, set Ebola drugs as example. Get the drugs providing and demanding places and give transportation cost function. By using hierarchical cluster analysis and simulated annealing algorithm, find the shortest path of drug transport. Then establish SIR improvement model to analyze the characteristics of Ebola. Setting the number of cases as experimental indexes, get the best choice of drug distribution patterns under different conditions by using simulation test.
