对比经腹部B超检查与经阴道B超检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

Comparison of value between abdominal B ultrasound and vaginal B ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic gestation

目的比较经腹部B超检查与经阴道B超检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法 232例异位妊娠患者,分为腹部B超组(采用腹部B超检查)与阴道B超组(采用阴道B超检查),各116例。比较两组诊断符合率、超声图像。结果阴道B超诊断符合率明显高于腹部B超诊断符合率(P<0.05);阴道B超检查结果与腹部B超检查结果比较,附件包块、心血管搏动、胚芽、宫内假孕囊、盆腔积液检出率明显较高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道B超在异位妊娠的诊断方面明显优于腹部B超,诊断符合率更高,快捷、方便,临床诊断价值较高。

Objective To compare value between abdominal B ultrasound and vaginal B ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic gestation. Methods A total of 232 eetopic gestation patients were randomly divided into abdominal B ultrasound group （received abdominal B ultrasound） and vaginal B ultrasound group （received vaginal B ultrasound）, and each group contained 116 cases. Diagnosis coincidence rate and ultrasound images of the two groups were compared. Results Vaginal B ultrasound provided obviously higher diagnosis coincidence rate than abdominal B ultrasound （P〈O.05）, and vaginal B ultrasound also had higher detection rates of adnexal mass, cardiovascular pulsation, embryo, intrauterine pseudopregnancy bursa, pelvic effusion than abdominal B ultrasound. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vaginal B ultrasound is better than abdominal B ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic gestation, and it has high diagnosis coincidence rate, quick, convenient, and high clinical diagnostic value.
