会阴伤口愈合不良35例原因分析及护理

Causes analysis and nursing of 35 perineal wound undesirable healing cases

目的探究会阴伤口愈合不良的原因及护理方法。方法 35例不在本院生产的会阴伤口愈合不良患者设为对照组,回顾其临床资料,分析愈合不良原因。同时,选取同期在本院生产的35例产妇,设为观察组,给予临床护理,比较两组患者状况。结果原有外阴阴道炎症、缝合技术和无菌操作不严格因素,产后出血、胎膜早破及术后护理不到位是会阴伤口愈合不良的主要原因。观察组患者伤口愈合时间、伤口感染例数明显少于对照组患者,健康知识掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多种因素引起产妇会阴伤口愈合不良,加强孕前做好产前卫生宣教,接产时加强无菌观念和提高缝合技术,产后加强会阴护理,可减少伤口感染发生率,促进伤口愈合。

Objective To investigate causes and nursing methods of perineal wound undesirable healing. Methods There were 35 perineal wound undesirable healing patients not treated in our hospital as control group, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Another 35 cases treated in our hospital were selected as observation group, and they received clinical nursing. Conditions of the two groups were compared. Results Main causes of perineal wound undesirable healing included original vulvovaginitis, nonstrict suture and aseptic technique, postpartum hemorrhage, premature rupture of membranes, and inadequate postoperative nursing. The observation group had much less healing time and infection cases, and better awareness of health knowledge than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perineal wound undesirable healing can be induced by multiple causes. It is necessary to enhance progestational and antenatal health education, aseptic suture technique, postpartum perineal nursing. This method can reduce incidence of wound infection and accelerate wound healing.
