摘要
肉羊饲养标准是营养学家在科学试验和生产实践基础上,针对肉羊不同品种、用途、性别、生理阶段、生长阶段及不同日增重等指标的营养需要量,确定的能量、蛋白质、矿物质、维生素需要量,是设计肉用羊饲料配方的重要依据。文章主要综述了肉羊能量、蛋白质需要量的测定方法及肉羊饲养标准研究的进展。
Feeding standard of mutton sheep is based on scientific experiment and productive practice. The requirement of energy, protein, mineral and vitamin is ensured according to different breeds, uses, sexuality, growth stage and daily weight gain that become the most important criterion for the designation of mutton sheep’s feed formula. In this paper, the determination method and research progress on energy and protein requirement for mutton sheep were summarized.
