摘要
为研究松针提取物对青脚优质麻鸡产蛋性能的影响,选取39周龄的青脚优质麻鸡6 000只为试验动物,进行为期7周的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为3组,每组两个重复。对照A组饲喂基础饲粮,试验B组和试验C组分别在基础饲粮中添加松针提取物300、500 mg·kg-1,结果表明,B组和C组的产蛋率显著高于A组(P<0.05),不合格蛋数极显著低于A组(P<0.01)。表明松针提取物能显著提高青脚优质麻鸡的产蛋性能。
To evaluate the effect of pine needle PE on egg production traits of quality cyan shank partridge chicken, six thousound quality cyan shank partridge chickens were randomly assigned to three groups（A, B, C）,each group had two repeats. Group A was provided with basic diet, while group B and C were fed with basic diets added to 300 and 500 mg · kg-1pine needle PE respectively for seven weeks. The results showed that adding pine needle PE into diet could increase the laying rate（P〈0.05）, decrease the number of unqualified eggs（P〈0.01）. Pine needle PE can improve egg production traits of quality cyan shank partridge chicken.
