我院2013年眼科门诊糖皮质激素类药物应用情况调查及处方点评难点

Investigation on glucocorticoid drugs utilization in ophthalmology outpatients of our hospital in 2013 and difficulties of prescription comment

目的了解眼科门诊处方糖皮质激素类药物的使用现状,探讨处方点评的难点,探索临床药学工作的方法。方法采用随机抽样的方法,调查了2013年共42 710张眼科门诊处方中糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况。结果我院门诊糖皮质激素类药物的使用总体合理,但部分处方诊断及用法书写不完善;部分处方用药适宜性的判断存在困难。结论应推动处方诊断及用法的规范化书写,有必要对部分患者采用前馈控制的方法进行用药监护。

AIM To investigate the status of glucocorticoid drugs utilization in ophthalmology outpatients and ex- plore the difficulties of prescription comment and the method of clinical pharmacy work. METHODS With the method of random sampling, the utilization of glucocorticoid drugs in 42 710 ophthalmic prescriptions in 2013 were analyzed. RE- SULTS The utilization of glucoeortieoid drugs was basically correct. But diagnosis and drug usage of some prescriptions were not perfect. Some standard prescription medication suitability judgments were difficult. CONCLUSION The stan- dardization of diagnosis and the drug usage should he promoted. It is necessary to adopt the method of feedforward super- vision control in some patients.
