骨癌痛的发生发展研究现状 被引量:11

摘要 癌症是威胁人类生存的首位疾病之一,2008年全球的癌症患者达到1亿2千万,其中760万人死于癌症。预计到2030年癌症患者的人数会增加到2亿2千多万人,其中1亿3千万会死于癌症及其相关疾病[1]。临床数据显示,癌症患者中约30%~50%会有中到重度疼痛,特别是癌症晚期的患者,约75%~95%会发生难以忍受的慢性疼痛[2]。
