摘要
股骨转子间骨折好发于老年人,保守治疗并发症发生率、死亡率很高。目前国内外学者大多主张手术治疗。临床上治疗股骨转子间骨折方法多种多样。本文对股骨转子间骨折不同治疗方法作一综述。
Intetrochanteric femoral fracture（ IFF） especially occured in the elderly. Conservative treatment of the IFF is associated with high rate of the complication and the mortality. At present,most of the scholars both home and abroad recommend the surgical treatment as the first choise. There are many diffrent therapies for IFF on the clinical. This paper is mainly concentrated on the different treatments of IFF in recent years.
