老年颈源性脑缺血的介入射频治疗30例临床分析

The analysis of clinical effects of cervical nerve pulsed radio frequency regulation technology on treating ischemic cerebral disease

目的:评价射频调控颈部神经治疗脑缺血性疾病的临床疗效。方法:选择30例脑缺血性疾病行射频调控颈部神经治疗的老年患者,评估治疗后颈部血管彩色经颅多普勒超声检查中椎动脉血流参数变化情况。结果:应用射频调控颈部神经治疗后椎动脉血流较治疗前均有不同程度好转。结论:脑缺血性疾病应用射频调控颈部神经治疗可以有效改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,故值得进一步探讨。

Objective To evaluation the clinical effects of cervical nerve pulsed radio frequency regulation technology on treating ischemic cerebral disease. Method 30 subjects who were given cervical nerve pulsed radio frequency regulation technology of ischemic cerebral disease were evaluated the parameters about blood flow of vertebral artery by transcranial color Doppler uhrasonograph. Results The parameters about blood flow of vertebral artery improved in varying degrees than before treatment by cervical nerve pulsed radio frequency regulation technolo- gy. Conclusion The cervical nerve pulsed radio frequency regulation technology on treating ischemic cerebral disease can greatly improve clin- ical symptoms and improve the ability of life. It is worthy to be promoted.
