中西医结合治疗颈淋巴结结核的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis

目的:观察内消瘰疬丸和健脾润肺丸联合药物化学治疗颈淋巴结结核的疗效。方法:将97例颈部淋巴结结核患者,随机分为对照组49例和治疗组48例,两组均采用3HRZE/9HRE方案治疗,同时治疗组加服内消瘰疬丸和健脾润肺丸,对比观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗3、6个月末,治疗组胃肠道反应、肝功能异常发生情况较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组机体一般状况改善较对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗1个月末,对照组和治疗组淋巴结吸收和伤口愈合总有效率分别为59.2%、72.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6月末治疗组淋巴结吸收和伤口愈合总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内消瘰疬丸和健脾润肺丸联合药物化学治疗颈淋巴结结核效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Neixiaoluoli pills and Jianpirunfei pills combined with chemotherapeutic drugs in treating cervical tuberculosis lymphadenitis. Method Totally ninety - seven patients with cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis were randomly di- vided into the treatment group with forty -nine cases and control group with forty -eight cases ;both groups were treated with 3HREZ/9HRE, meanwhile Neixiaoluoli pills and Jianpirunfei pills were used in the treatment group,and therapeutic effects were observed and compared be- tween the two groups. Results Three,six months after the treatment,the gastrointestinal reaction and the abnomal liver function in treatment group were lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05） ,the improvement of the general condition of bodies in treatment group were more than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates of wound healing and lymph nodes absorption were 52. 9% in control group and 72.9% in treatment group, respectively, the different between the two groups was not significant （P 〉 0. 05） ; three,six month after the treat- ment , The total effective rates of wound healing and lymph nodes absorption in treatment group were more than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Neixiaoluoli pills and Jianpirunfei pills combined with chemotherapeutic drugs can achieve significant efficacy in treating cervical tuberculosis lymphadeuitis, which is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
