连续性血液净化在重症脓毒血症患者治疗中的应用价值

Application value of continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with severe sepsis

目的探讨连续性血液净化在重症脓毒血症患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2012年1月至2013年12月收治的重症脓毒血症患者58例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各29例。对照组给予常规对症治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用连续性血液净化治疗,将两组患者治疗7 d后的疗效进行对比。结果治疗后观察组患者血清肌酐、尿素氮、钠、氯、钾水平均优于对照组,白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子水平低于对照组,血压、呼吸频率、心率监测值优于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将连续性血液净化方法治疗重症脓毒血症患者能够有效降低炎症细胞因子释放,纠正电解质紊乱,促进器官功能恢复,降低患者病死率。

Objective To investigate the application value of continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with severe sepsis.Methods 58 patients with severe sepsis from January of 2012 to December of 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,29 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and ob-servation group was given continuous blood purification treatment in addition.The curative effect on the 7th day after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The levels of serum urea nitrogen,creatinine,sodium,chloride,potassium in ob-servation group were superior to control group,and the levels of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor were lower than the con-trol group.Blood pressure,breathing rate,heart rate monitoring value in observation group were better,mortality rate was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with severe sepsis,continuous blood purification method could effectively reduce the release of inflammatory cytokine,correct electro-lyte disorder,promote the recovery of organ function,reduce mortality.
