高职院校学生社区党建工作机制创新思考——以湖州职业技术学院为例

On Innovation Thinking of Party Construction Mechanism of Students Community in Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College

学生社区党建是当前高职院校适应党建新常态,抓好基层党组织建设工作的重要工作内容之一。要推进学生社区党建工作机制创新,必须适时打破传统、拓展空间、转变方式和转换视角,在组织建设上强化"三个实现",党建文化上突显"三个创新",工作机制上实现"四位一体"。

The Party building of students community is the one of the important working contents that the vocational colleges adapt to the new normal Party building as well as Party organization and construction work on the basic level. It is necessary to timely break with tradition, expand the space, change the means and the perspectives of view, for promoting the innovation of students community Party building mechanism. Meanwhile, we ought to strengthen ＂three realizations＂ in the organization and construction, to highlight ＂three innovations＂ in the culture of Party building and to achieve ＂four in one＂ in the working mechanism.
