随着互联网的普及和发展,高职院校大学生不当使用互联网甚至网络成瘾问题日益突出。文章通过对高职院校大学生网络成瘾现状及成因的分析,对个人、学校、家庭等三方面提出了预防措施。

With the popularization and development of the Internet, the problems such as improper use of Internet and Internet addiction be- come increasingly prominent. By analyzing the present situation and causes of internet addiction of college students, this paper tries to put forward the preventive measures from the perspective of individuals, schools and families.
