分区层面控规与交通影响评价适应性研究——以柳江新城控规为例

目前我国的城市规划管理体制中，控制性详细规划在指标体系及方案制定中具有明显的主观因素。本文在分区层面控制性详细规划中引入交通影响评价体系，通过交通分析与土地开发的互动，将控规方案确定后的后置交通影响分析前置化，以交通分析视角为控规指标体系制定及完善控规方案提供新的思路。
