摘要
目前我国的城市规划管理体制中,控制性详细规划在指标体系及方案制定中具有明显的主观因素。本文在分区层面控制性详细规划中引入交通影响评价体系,通过交通分析与土地开发的互动,将控规方案确定后的后置交通影响分析前置化,以交通分析视角为控规指标体系制定及完善控规方案提供新的思路。
The controlled detailed planning in subjective factor has obvious index system and programme formulation, In the city planning management system in our country. This paper introduce the system of traffic impact assessment at the partition level control detailed planning, through the interaction of traffic analysis and land development, will control post traffic impact compliance program to determine the analysis of pre , in traffic analysis perspective for the regulatory index system to establish and perfect the regulatory scheme provides new ideas.
