摘要
利用循环伏安法研究了聚镁试剂薄膜修饰电极(PMSJE)的制备条件,详细讨论了该修饰电极对维生素C(Vc)的电催化作用。实验结果表明,在0.01 mol/L H2SO4+0.1 mol/L KNO3体系中,Vc的摩尔浓度在1.0×10^-2-3.0×10^-4 mol/L范围内,氧化峰电流与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限可达2×10^-5 mol/L。8次平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%,样品回收率为93.6%-109.8%。
The preparation conditions and electrocatalsis raction on Vitamin C (Vc) of poly-magnesonl film modified electrode (PMSJE) are studied by the circulation voltammetry. In 0.01 mol/L H2SO4 + 0.1 mol/L KNO3, the concentration of Vitamin C has a good linear relations in 1.0 × 10^-2-3.0 × 10^-4mol/L with the oxy-peak current, detection limit reaches 2 × 10^-5 mol/L. The sample is tested eight times, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of which is not more than 1.1% and the recovery rate of sample is 93.6%- 109.8%.
