摘要
简述了合成高纯度的LiDFOB电解质盐的方法,测试了其在空气中的稳定性;将LiDFOB作为添加剂制备锂离子电池电解液,测试了其在集流体上的钝化特性,还采用石墨负极半电池测试了其各方面的电化学性能;制作7 Ah磷酸铁锂电池对本电解液进行了60℃高温循环性能测试,结果表明LiDFOB的加入能大幅提高锂离子电池电解液的高温循环性能。
In this paper, a method of synthesizing high purity lithium difluoro (oxalate) borate (LiDFOB) was reported and its stability was tested in the air. The passivation character of LiDFOB on electricity collector was also tested. The electrochemical performance of the electrolyte, with LiDFOB as an additive, was tested. Durative charge/ discharge cycle test results at 60 ℃ indicate that LiDFOB additive can enhance the performance of Li-ion battery.
