5种天然染料敏化太阳电池的性能研究

摘要 用无水乙醇萃取的方法分别从玫瑰茄、勿忘我、茜草、抹茶和紫薯等5种天然植物中提取染料,测试各染料的紫外-可见光(UV-vis)吸收光谱,利用水热法制备二氧化钛薄膜,制备5种天然染料敏化太阳电池,测试了太阳电池的光电性能,结果显示玫瑰茄敏化的电池光电性能最佳。测试了玫瑰茄的红外谱图,分析了官能团对染料性能的影响。 Five natural dyes were extracted from roselle, myosotis, madder, matcha and purple potato with ethanol. UV-vis absorption spectra of these natural dyes were tested. TiO2 films were prepared using hydrothermal method. Five natural dyes were used as sensitizers to fabricate dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The photoelectric performances of these DSSCs were tested. The result shows Roselle has the best photoelectric performance. Infrared spectroscopy of roselle was tested and the influence of functional group on performance was analyzed.
