摘要
太阳模拟器是目前评价太阳电池电性能的主要设备。模拟器的性能对太阳电池性能的测试结果有重要的影响。太阳模拟器有三个主要评价指标:光谱匹配度,均匀性和稳定性。主要对稳态太阳模拟器的稳定性进行了分析和研究,提出了太阳模拟器辐照度修正方法,并进行了验证。
Solar simulator is the primary device that evaluates the performance of solar cells. The characters of the simulator critically influence I-V curve. A solar simulator may be classified according to spectral match, spatial non-uniformity and temporal instability. The thesis focused on the steady solar simulator, and provided the method to correct the light intensity instability. The correction method was verified. The light intensity instability correction method was applicable to all kind of simulators.
