一种用氢气还原制备石墨烯的方法 被引量:3

摘要 石墨烯是由sp2杂化的碳原子所键合而成的具有六边形蜂窝状晶格结构的二维原子晶体,其在电学、力学和光学等一系列优良性能,使得它在各个领域的应用一直被人们所关注。然而,高质量石墨烯的制备仍然面临着巨大的挑战。采用氢气还原的方法制备石墨烯,拉曼光谱和高分辨率扫描电镜的测试结果表明,所制备的石墨烯质量高、缺陷少,具备工业化的可能。 The graphene has been paid great attention in recent years, due to its special two-dimensional structure and excellent electrical, mechanical, as well as optical performances. However, the high quality graphene preparation still faces huge challenges. The method of hydrogen reduction was employed to prepare the grapheme. The Raman and HR-SEM experiment results show that the graphene has high quality and few defects with the possible mass production of graphene in the future.
