物理疗法在创面治疗领域研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 随着各种创伤及人口老龄化、糖尿病患病人数不断增加,难愈创面成为一项日益严重的医疗问题.随着对慢性创面发病机制研究的深入,除了对病因治疗及加强对患者伤口的护理外[1],目前主要治疗手段包括外科手术治疗、物理治疗、药物治疗、基因治疗、干细胞治疗、组织工程治疗、新型辅料应用等.物理治疗技术已发展几十年,治疗效果在临床中被广泛认可.本文就近年来中外物理治疗促进创面愈合的方法研究进展综述如下.
