摘要
目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)在测定食管鳞癌患者诊治中的临床价值。方法测定138例食管鳞癌患者血清CRP水平,并与健康对照组进行比较。分析食管鳞癌患者术前CRP水平与临床病理特征的关系及手术前后CRP水平变化及与并发症的关系。结果食管鳞癌组术前CRP水平显著高于健康对照组,并随TNM分期的进展而升高,淋巴结转移阳性者术前CRP显著高于淋巴结转移阴性者,术前CRP水平与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、术后有无并发症无关。无并发症组术后2周CRP水平逐渐降低接近正常,有并发症组术后2周CRP仍显著升高。结论 CRP检测方便,灵敏度高,可作为食管鳞癌患者辅助诊断、治疗及预后评价的指标。
Objective To explore the value of C-reactive protein(CRP) in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The levels of CRP in 138 cases of patients with respectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and healthy controls were tested before and after operation. The relationship between the level of CRP and the clinical and pathological parameters were analyzed. Results The CRP level in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of healthy controls. The serum CRP levels in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly related with advanced tumor TNM stage (P =0. 001 ), lymph node status (P = 0. 001 ), but not related with patients'age, sex, tumor location and complications. The serum CRP levels in patients with no complications were decreased dramatically 2 weeks after the treatment of surgery and nearly to normal; however the level of the patients with serious postoperative complications was still higher than that of healthy controls. Conclusion The serum CRP is a reliable and sensitive index for the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
