摘要
多巴胺(DA)作为视网膜上一种重要的神经递质在近视的发生发展过程中起着重要作用.现主要针对实验近视过程中视网膜DA含量的变化,多巴胺能系统,多巴胺D1、D2受体在近视形成中的作用以及DA和其他近视相关信号分子之间的交互作用等进行探讨.为进一步探索近视形成机制,寻找治疗近视的药物提供思路和方法.
Dopamine (DA) plays an important role in the onset and development of myopia as an important neurotransmitter in the retina.This article reviews recent research on the role of DA in myopia,including the change in retinal DA content during myopia progression,the role of the dopaminergic system,the functions of DA receptors D1 and D2 in myopia progression and the interaction of dopamine signaling with other transmitters related to myopia.This review may provide some clues for further insights into the mechanisms of myopia as well as a search for the treatment of myopia.
