摘要
选用转速300 r/min、焊速30 mm/min的工艺参数对16 mm厚的T2紫铜厚板进行搅拌摩擦焊接,并对其焊接接头的微观组织、力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,焊核区晶粒尺寸比母材细小,其平均硬度为73 HV,稍高于母材,热影响区和热机影响区硬度较低;焊接接头的抗拉强度为229 MPa,是母材的97%,试样断裂的位置均在前进侧热影响区。X射线衍射结果表明,焊接接头只有Cu,无氧化物和其它金属间化合物产生。
Friction stir welding of T2 copper plate with thick thickness of 16 mm was carried out under the process parameters selection of speed 300 r/min, welding speed of 30 mm/min. The welding microstructure and, the mechanical properties of the welded joints were analyzed. The results show that, the weld nugget zone grain size is smaller than the matrix metal. The average hardness of the sample is 73 HV, which is slightly higher than that of the base metal. The hardness of heat affected zone is low. The tensile strength of the welded joint is 229 MPa, which is 97% of the matrix material. The fracture positions are at the advancing side of the heat affected zone. X ray diffraction results show that the welded joint only has Cu,with no oxide and other metal copounds.
