摘要
针对抗磨铸铁磨球开裂倾向大的问题,通过落球试验测试了低合金抗磨铸铁磨球抗多频次冲击破坏能力,并借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜对其组织及断口进行了分析。结果表明,稀土变质能提高低合金抗磨铸铁磨球抗多频次冲击破坏能力,稀土变质后再经适当的热处理效果更显著。
Aiming at abrasion-resistant cast iron grinding ball with large cracking tendency, the repeated-impact fracture resistance of low alloy abrasion-resistant cast iron grinding ball was measured by drop ball impacting test, and the microstructure and fracture morphology of the samples were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that RE modification can improve the repeated-impact fracture resistance of low alloy abrasion-resistant cast iron grinding ball. The effect is more noticeable in the case of the combination of RE modification with proper heat treatment.
