基于AnyCasting的镁合金盖罩压铸件充型流场数值模拟

摘要 运用AnyCasting软件对镁合金复杂铸件的充型过程进行了数值模拟。研究了镁合金压铸件充型过程中的卷气问题,分析了压铸过程中金属液的流动行为。根据分析结果,提出了优化方案,即将扇形浇注系统改为多道口的浇注系统,改变金属液在浇口处的流径,从而改变金属液在型腔的充型。结果表明,优化浇注系统后,卷气问题得到有效的改善,获得了较为理想的充型效果。 The numerical simulation of the filling process of complex magnesium alloy casting was performed with Any Casting software. The air entrapment of magnesium alloy casting during filling process was studied. And flow behavior of liquid metal was analyzed in the process of die casting. According to the analysis results, optimization scheme was proposed,that is the fan gating system becomes many crossings system. And flow path of liquid metal at gate is changed. Thus, the filling of liquid metal in the cavity is changed. The results show that the air entrapment is effectively improved after optimizating gating system and the ideal filling effect is obtained.
