ZL205A石膏型真空浇注与低压铸造比较 被引量:1

摘要 对ZL205A石膏型熔模铸造不同浇注方法进行了对比实验。结果可见,低压铸造方法要明显优于真空浇注,铸件密度、缩松缺陷、铸态晶粒好于真空浇注,但由于低压铸造工序相对复杂,一般件可采用真空浇注,对于重要件或者批量较小铸件应优先考虑低压铸造。 Comparative experiments of ZL205 A plaster investment casting with different casting methods were carried out. The results show that low pressure casting method is much better than the vacuum casting, for example, casting density,shrinkage and as cast grain. But becanse the low pressure casting process is relatively complex, general parts can be used in vacuum casting, and the important parts or small batch casting should give priority to low pressure casting.
