摘要
利用低温剪切浇注式半固态浆料制备装置(简称LSPSF)制备了Ca质量分数分别为0.76%、0.98%、1.21%、1.58%、2.06%五种Cu-Ca合金的半固态浆料。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析了不同Ca含量的Cu-Ca合金的微观组织。结果表明:半固态浆料组织中只含有初生α-Cu相和β-Cu5Ca相。随Ca含量的增加,β-Cu5Ca相数量随之增长,初生α-Cu晶粒的平均等效直径减小,形状因子增大。
Semi-solid Cu-Ca alloys slurry including Cu-0.76% Ca, Cu-0.98% Ca, Cu-1.21% Ca, Cu-1.58% Ca, Cu-2.06%Ca are prepared successfully by LSPSF. The microstructure of these Semi-solid Cu-Ca alloys has been studied in detail by the use of Optical microscopy(OM), X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show that there are only primary α-Cu and β-Cu5 Ca in the microstructure of Semi-solid Cu-Ca alloys slurry. The average equivalent diameter of the grains decrease and the shape factors increase with the increasing of Ca content.
