摘要
通过优化材质的化学成分,制定合理的生产工艺参数,用熔模铸造工艺生产出了合格的压缩机用高锰钢平衡块,取代了热锻法生产的黄铜平衡块,降低了生产成本40%-50%。用天然气焙烧炉代替煤气焙烧炉解决了壳模烧不透的问题。通过对传统水韧处理工艺的改进,解决了铸件表面的浮磁的现象。
By optimizing chemical composition and setting proper processing parameters, the qualified counter balance of high manganese steel used in compressor was produced with investment casting technology, which substitute counter balance of mallet alloy with hot-forging technology, saving production cost of 40%-50%. The problem of shell under roasting was solved by using natural gas roaster, instead of coal gas roaster. The floating magnetism phenomenon improves by the improvement of conventional water toughening treatment.
